I got my host family today. The only name I received is that of my host mother, I sent her an email as soon as possible using some German and very small English words and no slang. I really super hope someone in the house is fluent in English! But not too fluent. So I can learn German by necessity, the best way to learn anything.
She lives in Kasbach-Ohlenberg, which is near Koln, or Cologne as the English call it. That's all I know right now, but I sent the email and a package is coming in the mail with more information!
I'M SO EXCITED!!!!!
